Hi, my name is Chef Brandon! I’m from North Carolina and I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York City. Ever since I was young, I loved to cook! I enjoy making many different types of food whether meat-based or plant-based. I never really follow a recipe, I create my own recipes. I hope you enjoy the meals that I’ve put together for you!
